At Lillyscarfofficial, we want you to love your fashion pieces; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all products remain in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and all original tags are still attached to the garments.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
